We went up to the top of Bennachie, the hill behind our farm that inspired the label design, to open the bottle for launch.

Peedie, our little brown dog with our LBD Aberdeenshire Single Malt

Unlike our one-off limited releases, our Aberdeenshire Single Malt has been created as a permanent core expression.Designed as both a gateway to our sought-after single cask releases and an outstanding whisky in its own right, it offers you the chance to return for a second bottle, and more. Built on quality and flavour, while remaining approachable in price, you can ‘scan yer dram’ with a QR code that features on every bottle – this takes you to an interactive page detailing the whisky-making process and full cask breakdown, continuing the our commitment to transparency.

Our new core range also introduces a new label, inspired by the silhouette of Bennachie, the iconic hill visible from the gates of the our distillery and warehouse. Check out our launch video and watch as Peedie, retraces the steps of our beloved Banksy (the original LBD) and join us on a walk up that very hill. (Footage which was take almost exactly 6 years to the day which is when and where we shot for our very first launch of our AFG!).
