Everything we've ever bottled in one handy place. A place of pilgramage, where like-minded people can come and look at what went before. ARCHIVE

Things that we like, bottled by us.

With our own on site maturation warehouse and bottling
facilities, we are able to keep a close eye, and nose, on
our stock. Whether that’s picking a cask at its peak, or
closely monitoring a cask finish to ensure the right
balance between spirit character and wood influence.

We try to keep things varied and interesting for you. We’ve
bottled well established single malts and been amongst the
first indies to bottle whiskies from Scotland’s newest
whisky distilleries. We also don’t restrict ourselves to
single malt Scotch whisky, having bottled single cask
grains, world whiskies, rum, calvados and brandies.

Below you’ll find an archive of what we’ve bottled
previously, complete with obscure tasting notes and even
more obscure launch videos.

We’re still updating this page to include all of our previous releases.

We’ve still a few to add so if it’s not there drop us an email.

Aberlour 2014 - Single Cask

Aberlour 2014 - Single Cask

Not our typical style when it comes to sherry, but we are having fun with these active sherry casks and this is a big old oloroso monster. Aberlour for us really suits sherry. We fondly remember the early batches of A’bunadh and this hit similarly. Is it nuanced and balanced, errrr maybe not, but does it scratch the sherry bomb itch and provide a rich drinking experience? In spades.

Colour – Filter coffee

Nose – Black cherry jam, cacao, pencil case

Palate – Dark chocolate Brazil nuts, boozy clootie dumpling

Finish – Hot honey, coffee cake

Burnadjacent 1989

Burnadjacent 1989

Whiskies like this are what drew us further down the rabbit hole of whisky, the pursuit of well aged malts where something tropically magical happens after 30+ years. You can’t cheat whisky like this with wood, there is no short cut, you need time and a cask that does not overtake the spirit before these reactions can occur. It is a genuine privilege to be able to share whiskies like this with our friends.

Colour – Blushing grapefruit skin

Nose – Kiwi, mandarin, really old book shop

Palate – Peach ice tea, fresh mango with lime

Finish – Pecan pie, sea salt and really good olive oil

Orkney 2001

Orkney 2001

This is a vatting of two refill hogsheads, sister casks with low fill levels. Low fill levels aren’t great for yield, but they do make magnificently oxidised whisky. We know we’re preaching to the converted here, but refill wood really gave this spirit the space and time it needed to get to this point. We think good refill wood is one of the things that really separates Scotch whisky from the world whiskies, allowing for longer maturation times without the spirit being dominated by wood. This whisky is all about texture and layering, a wonderfully oily spirit, that builds and coats with each sip.

SCOTTISH GIN

Aberdeenshire Foraged Gin - Bennachie Edition

A special edition of our Aberdeenshire Foraged Gin to help raise funds for the Bailies of Bennachie.

Our usual gin takes a year of foraging and growing to produce. This Autumn Edition focuses on one season, with all of the foraging occurring during October 2025. We wanted to create a style of gin for the colder months, with rich fruity notes and gentle warming spice for fireside G&Ts and maybe a wee hipflask nip for a day in the hills!

With sweet red fruit notes from the berries and rose hips, silky texture from the hazelnuts and a stunning apricot profile from those gorgeous chanterelles.
