Collecting Points with LBD
Little Brown Dog started as a way to share good whisky with good friends. Admittedly, it has kind of snowballed a bit since then — but it remains at the heart of what we do.
We love sharing tasty drams, sharing what we’ve learned and sharing a bit of behind-the-scenes on the whole process, and now we’re sharing something brand new with you.
Each time you spend money on our website, we’re going to add LBD Loyalty credit into your account.
How you use these points is entirely up to you. You’ll be able to spend them on an ongoing basis as little bonus discounts against futures orders, or you can squirrel away your loyalty points for a tidy saving on a special bottle you’ve had your eye on.
No matter how you do it, LBD Loyalty is a little “thank you” from us to you — enjoy.
how it works:
1. Add any bottles you like from our range, and checkout. (Yay!)

2. See a confirmation message stating you will “earn X points based on the amount you’re spending”.

3. Your points will be added to your account when you complete your order, ready for you to spend on a future order.

4. The amount you earn is 1 point for every £1 spent (excluding VAT).

5. You can trade 20 points for a £1 discount against your basket — up to a limit of 1,000 points (£50) in a single transaction.

That’s it really. It’s set-up automatically, so you don’t have to do anything.
Terms & Conditions:
We’re not big on terms and conditions, but in case you are, the below is for you.
• Our loyalty programme is designed to reward customers who return to shop with us more than once. Point credits are therefore applied to a customer account held with us for use on future orders.

• Points have no monetary value other than against orders with Little Brown Dog Spirits at the current redemption value at point of order. They cannot be withdrawn as cash or gifted to others.

• Earning points may not be possible on some occasions and we will make this clear (for example, a product that isn’t eligible, or a promotional code being claimed). Similarly, certain orders may not allow points redemption against them, such as when using a promotional code, or buying certain limited availability products.
