It’s something that distillers, bottlers and blenders to a huge amount of effort into, and unless it’s every tasted, nobody would know.
Many of us know this, especially people who buy our bottles, but sometimes it feels lke whisky from this particular distillery isn’t always available for some of us to open and enjoy.
