LBD GIN x DANDELION project

A true collaboration with Cove Park and Cove Sailing Club as part of the UNEXPECTED gardens of the Dandelion Project Scotland.

A fresh coastal gin, grown and foraged from the UNEXPECTED garden and distilled by Little Brown Dog Spirits.

Rock samphire, oyster leaf and sea kale from the garden. Rowan buds and saccharina sugar kelp from the shore. All seasoned with a pinch of sea salt before distillation.

The dry botanicals for this one off batch of gin were deliberately kept simple to allow the UNEXPECTED botanicals to shine through and were made up of juniper, corriander, angelica and orange.

Only 120 bottles were produced as a one off batch.
