Tormore 2009 – Single Cask

Tormore 2009 single cask that has spent a year in one of the juiciest Tokaji casks. Originally filled into a refill hogshead.

Filled 16/03/09 – Bottled 29/04/22 (labels caused the delay in getting them out to you!) 280 bottles.

Cask strength, non-chill filtered, natural colour, you know the scoop by now.

Colour: Rooibos tea
Nose: candy floss, brambles and aged balsamic.
Palate: Blackcurrants, sugared almonds and spearmint.
Finish: More blackcurrants with chilli dark chocolate.

Label represents the topiary that helps make the pearl of Speyside even more picturesque.
