Our first collaboration with David Stirk, author, independent bottler and vocal critic of the humble 50cl.
We forgave him as his taste in the improtant part, the whisky, is really rather good and this co-pick deseves the spotlight in our single cask series. Although we did tell him he’d be starring in a CGI blockbuster launch video and instread dressed him in a green morph suit and made him use a cucumber lightsabre.
Cask strength, natural colour and non-chill filtered.
N – Hot cross buns, fresh fig and Werther’s Originals
P – Rhubarb and custard, cherry lips and Normandy butter
F – Ginger, nutmeg and rose
